Birthday Parties at Children at Play!

Parties can take place during or after museum hours:

        Thurs. - Saturday:  12:00-2:00 pm or 3:30 pm-5:00 pm

        Sundays – 9 am-12 pm or 5:30 – 7:00 pm (the museum is not typically open during these times)

    Costs:

** Children at Play Members receive a 10% discount on all parties

• Thursday - Saturday parties are $90.00 (requires $40 non-refundable deposit that is included in total cost) 

• Sunday parties are $150 or $200 (requires $40 non-refundable deposit that is included in total cost)


Guests:  We require 1 adult supervisor for every 4 children.

• Thurs. - Saturday parties are limited to a total of 15 guests. This includes both Adults and Children.    

            Museum will be open to the general population on Thursdays - Saturdays.

• Sunday parties are limited to a total of 45 people including hosts and all guests (adults and children).

   Sunday parties can be held during open business hours or you can choose to rent out the museum for your party only.

Additional Information:

Thursday through Saturday Parties we provide:
•  Full-day passes for up to 15 guests  (adults and children) good for the entire day of the party
•  Help with set-up and clean-up
•  20 minute make and take art project (choices are listed below) led by trained staff or volunteers 

Sunday Parties we provide:

•  90-120 minutes exclusive use of the entire museum for your group (up to 45 guests)
•  Help with set-up and clean-up
•  20 minute make and take art project (choices are listed below) led by trained staff or volunteers 

You Bring: 

The guests (including 1 adult supervisor for every 4 children).

The cake, refreshments (alcohol is not permitted), food and paper goods, decoration (please no latex balloons). You are welcome to bring coolers, as we do not have refrigerator or freezer or microwave.
